ZaikaQR vs DotPe

DotPe is a payments-first product that bolted on a menu builder. Great if you want online ordering with paid promotions; harder if you want a clean dine-in QR menu with no commission.

Frequently asked questions

Why is ZaikaQR commission-free when DotPe charges?

DotPe is structured as a payment aggregator — they hold money briefly and take a per-order cut. ZaikaQR is structured purely as menu software. Customers pay you directly via UPI — we never touch the money.

Can I use both DotPe (for delivery) and ZaikaQR (for dine-in)?

Yes. Many restaurants run DotPe for Zomato/Swiggy delivery orders and ZaikaQR for in-restaurant QR ordering. The systems don't conflict.

Does ZaikaQR have a loyalty program like DotPe?

We're shipping a referral & repeat-customer panel in the next release. For now, our edge is the zero-commission economics — most restaurants save more on commission than DotPe's loyalty tools earn back.
