Is there really a 14-day free trial?
Yes. Full access to your plan's features for 14 days. No credit card required upfront. If you don't subscribe at the end, your account moves to read-only until you decide.
Do you take commission on customer orders?
No. ZaikaQR is commission-free. Customers pay you directly via UPI. We never touch your money.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the owner dashboard. We pro-rate the difference on the next billing cycle.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout. You get a proper GST invoice every cycle.
What payment methods can I use to pay you?
Razorpay handles our billing. You can pay via UPI, credit card, debit card, NetBanking, or international cards. Annual plans get 2 months free.
What if my restaurant doesn't need a feature in the higher plan?
Pick the lowest plan that covers what you need today. You can upgrade in 30 seconds the day you need something new — no contract lock-in.
How do I cancel?
One click in your owner dashboard → Billing. Subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle. See our refund policy for details.
Do you offer a discount for NGOs, schools, or community kitchens?
