Razorpay was founded in 2014 and serves over 8 million Indian businesses. It supports UPI, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard cards, NetBanking, wallets like Mobikwik and Freecharge, EMI, and international cards.
ZaikaQR uses Razorpay for our own subscription billing — when you subscribe to a Pro or Royal plan, Razorpay processes the payment.
Customer-to-restaurant transactions on ZaikaQR do NOT route through Razorpay by default. They use direct UPI deep links — bank-to-bank with no commission.
